Ingredients:
1 pound buffalo, ground
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 clove garlic
3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, ground
1/3 cup pistachio nuts, chopped
3 tablespoons potato flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
