Grain Free Apple Pumpkin Kugel

Kugel is a traditional Jewish side dish or dessert. It is often made with Egg Noodles, but basically by definition it is more of a pudding of sorts. The literal Yiddish translation means “sphere” or “ball.” We especially wanted to make this recipe in honor of grain-free enthusiasts celebrating Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.
