We are dedicated to making your online shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions (FAQ) to help address problems you may be having. Online Ordering

How soon after I place my online order will I receive my package?

All orders are filled and shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt excluding weekends, holidays, etc.

What is your return policy?

We want you to have the best online shopping experience possible – that’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee! All products must be returned within 30 days from the date you receive the order. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return was the result of defective product or a fulfillment error. All items must be returned in their original condition including all packaging. Returned items must be in like-new
condition to qualify for a refund. Please note that we cannot process exchanges except in the case of a defective product(s).

You will be notified of your refund via email once we have received and processed your return request. If possible, please enclose a copy of your receipt along with a written explanation of the reason for your return. To protect your package, please use either United Parcel Service (UPS) or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. Package your order securely and send it to our return address.

Which credit card do you accept through your online store?

We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept personal checks, which can be mailed to Optimum Wellness, PO Box 587, Indian Hills, CO 80454

Do you ship orders outside the U.S.?

We currently do not ship orders outside the continental United States.

What about sales tax?

All orders placed within Colorado are subject to 4.6% sales tax. All out-of-state orders are not subject to sales tax.

Product Availability

Am I guaranteed all items listed on your site are available?

We make every effort to keep all listed items in stock; however, because of the demand for certain items – we cannot guarantee all items will be in stock. Please remember that your credit card account is not charged until your order is filled. If an order cannot be filled within 3-5 business days or the item is on backorder, we will contact you and let you know the timeline to complete your order. If you decide to cancel the order – just let us know when we call and we can delete your order from our system immediately!

Security

Is my personal and credit card information secure when placing an order?

Optimum Wellness servers utilize the features through Pay Pal’s Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security payment method to encrypt your personal information and credit card information when your order is submitted over the Internet. SSL technology is the industry standard for secure processing of online orders which means that your order is just as safe as giving your credit card information over the phone.

If your browser does not support SSL, or if you are behind a corporate or intranet firewall that does not permit the transmission of encrypted information, you will be unable to order products from us at this time.

Is there any reason my credit card would be declined even though I have sufficient funds in my account?

In an effort to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions during the online process, your billing address information is verified through your credit card company. If the billing address of your online order is different from the billing address on your bank’s records, your card could be declined. If you experience a problem, please verify that your account information is correct, and then contact your credit card company to verify that they have your most current address information. Note: We cannot process orders outside of the United States and currently do not have the ability to verify credit card funds issued by foreign banks.

I’m hesitant to use my credit card to make online purchases. Is my credit card information really safe?

If your Internet browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer version 2.0 or Netscape Navigator version 2.0 or later, all online credit card transactions are fully encrypted and secure when placing orders through the Optimum Wellness online store. Note: If you are accessing this site through a proxy server or network relay, please check the help section of your browser for proper access. Statistically, it is safer to use your credit card over the Internet than in a restaurant or department store.

Is there any way to tell that my online transaction is secure?

Yes. By convention, web pages that require an SSL connection start with https: instead of http:. Additionally, in the Internet Explorer web browser a grey lock located at the bottom the screen indicates that your session and your credit card information are encrypted and secure. The Netscape Navigator web browser changes from a broken grey key or unlocked lock icon to a complete blue key or locked lock icon.

Why am I experiencing problems with your site?

Problems associated with site access are usually a result of browser version and/or settings. The Optimum Wellness website requires that you use one of the following versions of the most popular browsers:
· Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.0 or higher.
· Netscape version 4.0 or higher.
· AOL version 5.0 or higher.

You can check the version of your browser by clicking on the ‘Help’ menu and going to the menu item entitled ‘About . . .’. Please make sure that “Cookies” is enabled on your browser.

I am experiencing problems with your Shopping Cart. Why?

The most frequently encountered problem using the shopping cart is the inability to add items to your cart. If this happens, you may have the Cookies feature turned off on your browser. Cookies are used to keep track of the items you add to your shopping cart. An ecommerce web server places the Cookie on your hard drive during the online order. This file is unique to your order and helps identify you and the products you have purchased. Cookies cannot execute or process computer programming code and cannot deliver a virus to your computer. The web server that gave the Cookie to you can only read this file. If this problem persists, please exit the store site, enable the Cookies feature and then reenter our site.
